Program Tuition:

Whether you’re an HR professional, mentor, or simply passionate about helping others navigate the world of work, this course equips you to coach with skill and credibility.

What You’ll Learn:

• Core coaching models (GROW, CLEAR, etc.)
• Job search strategy, confidence building, and career planning
• Coaching through career gaps, reentry, and pivots
• LinkedIn, interview, and branding tools for career success
• Serving diverse, vulnerable, and special populations

You can complete each module at your own pace. Most students finish in 8-9 weeks while working full-time.

Program Breakdown:

• 10 Weeks – Includes live coaching labs, mock sessions, real client experience, and final project
• Certification Requirements: LMS completion, 3 live sessions or video demos, final portfolio, and coaching quiz
